Perla International Realty operates in the tri-county area, known as Miami-Dade, Broward and the Palm beaches. Perla International Realty was formed to fill a special niche, set a new standard for marketing of properties, provide exceptional service to our clients, and provide attention to detail in an ever expanding market.
Perla Bursztein, Real Estate broker/owner and Adam Bursztein, Marketing Director, have been in the real estate and hospitality services industries for over a decade. A native of Argentina and a resident of Miami & South Florida for over 35 years, Perla has successfully raised two children along side her husband, while being involved with entrepreneur endeavors such as owning and operating multiple gasoline franchises throughout the late 1980’s and into the early 1990’s. Perla and her husband sold their interests and she followed her passion and understanding for real estate.
After completing her licensing Perla quickly went into the field, within her first year in business Perla started working for Williams Island an exclusive master planned community in the city of Aventura where she became their top producing agent very quickly selling millions of dollars worth of real property year after year. Perla then went on to receive her broker license and furthered her education by learning Portuguese to complement her Spanish and English languages.
After almost a decade in the business and with the help of her son Adam, Perla International Realty opened their doors for business in the year 2002 and closed over $25 million dollars in sales their first year, and together they have increased this number exponentially. Perla excels as a listing leader and buyer representative in the cities of Aventura, Sunny Isles, and the Miami Beaches. Currently Perla handles operations of the brokerage, helping with our agents needs as well as servicing her listings and current clients on a daily basis. As a 30 year native of Miami, Fl, Adam has lived, played, worked & witnessed the amazing transformation that South Florida has evolved from a sleepy tourist town to a world class location for families, business and corporations to call home. As a graduate in business management from Florida State University in the year 2000, Adam returned to South Beach where he mentored under an architect & club designer and eventually was hired to stay on as operation manager for a successful nightclub where he enjoyed two wonderful seasons.
With his real estate license in hand Adam decided to pursue real estate as his full time career, after working for two top real estate brokerages, Adam decided to partner with Perla to combine their strengths and experiences and open Perla International Realty. Today Adam manages all the marketing, from print advertising, direct mail, photographs, virtual tours and website management as well as servicing his buyer clients and listings in a professional manner. |
